Our Story...
The Guadalupe Viejo Fire and Rescue committee is a community based first responders that provides 24/7 emergency service for the residents of Barangay Guadalupe Viejo and its neighboring barangays. It was established way back 2010 and now headed by Chairman Hein Angeles and spearheaded by Committee-Head of Fire and Rescue, Kagawad Miko Gatchalian. The main reason that makes the organization going is from the brotherhood and the volunteerism we get within its people residing in the community. The different individuals that gives their time to be the front-liners of emergency response as a Firefighter or Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT).
The Gudalupe Viejo Fire and Rescue operates 24/7, responding to any fire and rescue calls from structural fire, vehicular accidents, patient transport, first aid treatment, BP monitoring or any minor to major disasters. Also conducting basic life support, first aid training, earthquake and fire drills. They also go out to meet with their constituents to teach fire safety and promotes resilience to be their way of life
