A non-political movement that aims to reignite patriotism through the proper display of our flag This event is open to the public.
SALUTE TO A CLEAN FLAG is a non-government, non-profit, private citizen initiative that aims to spark renewed respect and love for the Philippine flag through the re-education of the public in the proper display and management of the flag. It is our dream to see thousands of pristine flags proudly waving across the country. Every month, we celebrate our love for the flag through the "Stop and Salu
te" flag raising ceremony at Rizal Park Luneta in partnership with National Parks Development Committee (NPDC) and the National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP). Follow our page for the schedule. We hope to see you there one of these days!

“Ang hirap mong mahalin, Pilipinas.”
We hear it all the time. But friends, let’s not lose hope.
Hope inspires us, but action moves us forward. It’s time to act. Let’s stand up, take responsibility, and be the change our country needs!
It starts with us. With how we live, lead, love and serve in our homes, our workplaces, and our communities. Change begins when we decide to move, to care, and to lead by example.
Let’s not give up on the Philippines. Let’s build her back, together. 💪🇵🇭

In crucial times in our history, we turn to our flag—not just a piece of fabric, but the living symbol of our Nation.
On its 6th year, the Stop and Salute Flag Raising Ceremony calls on every Filipino to stand tall, stay true, and remain loyal to the ideals our flag represents: equality, truth, justice, peace, patriotism, and valor.
Join us on October 6, 2025, 8:00AM at the Independence Flagpole, Rizal Park Luneta. Let’s raise our flag—and our nation—together. 🇵🇭

“Itaas mo ang iyong mga mata.
Bawat pagpugay, pagsaludo at pag-awit
Sa bandila ay panalangin sa langit
Para sa isang maningning na Kinabukasan:
Kinabukasang walang karalitaan,
walang katiwalian, walang digmaan.
Kinabukasang may ginhawa, hustisya,
At tunay na pagkakaisa sa buong Kapuluan.”
— mula sa “Pagpupugay sa Busilak na Bandila” (Salute to a Clean Flag Manifesto)

The Salute To A Clean Flag Movement (STACF) is a private sector initiative that has taken the proper display of the National Flag as its advocacy.
On May 28 every year, the National Flag Day (NFD), we celebrate the unfurling of the first Philippine National Flag in commemoration of the victorious Battle of Alapan in Cavite against the Spanish troops. This opens the month-long season of Philippine Independence festivities.
On this day and all through the month of June, we encourage all Filipinos to proudly display Philippine flags in their homes and establishments until June 30 (Philippine-Spanish Friendship Day).
Under our Philippine flag, we proudly stand united despite our regional ties, religion and political affiliations. Under our flag, we are all Filipino.
The STACF started as a Corporate Social Responsibility effort (CSR) of Pronove Tai International Property Consultants’ in partnership with the National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP) and the Philippine National Police (PNP). The National Parks Development Committee (NPDC) under the Department of Tourism has currently joined us and our partners in assisting our country in nation-building thru the display of ONLY PRISTINE national flags in all communities, buildings, ports of entry and coastlines across the country.
STOP AND SALUTE FLAG RAISING AT RIZAL SHRINE (Open to the public every first Monday of the month, 8:00AM)
The STACF in partnership with the NPDC has launched the “Stop and Salute Flag Raising at the Rizal Shrine”. This honoring ceremony is also a flag ceremony that aims to make the Philippine flag relevant to modern day Filipinos. At the honoring ceremony, we invite identified modern-day Filipinos who've shown excellence in their fields of endeavor, and have helped revive Philippine pride in our quest to reinvent our national identity. We hope to reflect a more current and broader picture of Filipinos and their culture.
We hope to see you at the event one day when we have defeated this war against the global pandemic...when new normal allows public gatherings once again.
