It coordinates with the different units ensuring that the overall campaign development is on track and on time. It also concentrates on the relationship between agency and Client. STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT is concern

ed with determining the key to connecting with the intended audience and what will inspire them to respond. They deal with behavioral patterns and the reasons behind them. CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT addresses the overall creative considerations arising from the demand strategy. Under this unit, both COPY & ART DEVELOPMENT generate creative ideas to represent the proposition (or the campaign's key message). FOCI has collaborated with local and international organizations such as the The Asia Foundation, Australian Aid, Canadian International Development Agency, Partnership of Philippine Support Service Agencies, Inc., Center for Diabetes Care and the Ninoy and Cory Aquino Foundation.

The FOCI Team proudly congratulates Ms. Emily Altomonte Abrera on receiving the CEO Lifetime Achievement Award 2026, given by Mansmith and Fielders, Inc. This honor celebrates a lifetime of visionary leadership and steadfast commitment to advocacy and lasting positive change. As aptly stated in Ms. Chiqui Go's message, "strategy, integrity and creativity are non-negotiables."

Thank you for your exceptional contributions to our industry and to our country. 👏👏👏

With heartfelt gratitude, we celebrate the Mansmith Awards for CEOs 2026—a night that reminds us that your stories are far more than accomplishments; they are homes carefully built on courage, values, and vision. They speak of enduring leadership, novelty that succeeded with impact, and lifelong excellence, shaping Philippine businesses, industries, and communities in ways that touch real lives.

Last night, we honored entrepreneurs who turned bold ideas into enduring companies amidst challenges; innovators whose creativity transformed industries and everyday experiences; and CEO Lifetime Achievement awardees whose decades of stewardship strengthened organizations and nurtured generations of leaders. Your stories remind us that true leadership is not measured by applause, but by the lasting difference you leave behind.

These examples inspire us to keep serving—lifting communities and creating opportunities; to keep innovating—turning daring ideas into meaningful change; and to lead with insight guided by values, proving that success is most meaningful when it benefits others.

To families, CEOs & mentors, partners, and communities who walked every step with our honorees—thank you. You are the foundation of enduring impact and the reason we continue this work.

From all of us at Mansmith, thank you for showing that leadership in the Philippines can endure, inspire, and transform. Your stories are homes—homes we can all learn from, cherish, and continue building together.
