LTB Philippines Chefs Association is a non-profit organization aiming to bring together, hotel and restaurant professionals such as Executive Chefs, Sous Chefs, Pastry Chefs, Caterers, Wine Sommeliers, Purchasing Managers, Caterers, Food & Beverage Officers, Culinary School Educators, Gourmets, Gourmands, and the like, regardless of nationality. is a member of the World
Association of Chefs Societies (WACS), which is the world governing body of culinary associations dedicated to maintaining and improving the culinary standards of global cuisines. We intend to bring together, for social and vocational purposes, these professionals in order to:
Create links of friendship, professional cooperation, and mutual understanding
Promote cooking, recipes, high-quality products, and technical equipment
Help train, recruit and find work for professionals away from their country of origin
Foster information and communication among members
Organize professional exchanges and make available all advantages reserved for the profession
Since 1982, LTB has been at the forefront of the Philippine culinary scene with numerous projects and activities aimed to improve our local culinary standards
LTB seeks to further develop culinary standards in the Philippines through the LTB Culinary Scholarship Program, the LTB Young Chefs Club, and LTB Chefs Tables. We invite you to join us in promoting the Filipino Culinary Professional to the rest of the world.
