Senate President Win Gatchalian joins the Philippine Association for Building Administration, Inc. (PABA) in celebrating five decades of service and its 11th National Building and Property Management Summit.

In his message, he recognized PABA’s contribution to advancing building administration and property management and emphasized the growing responsibility of industry professionals as cities and the built environment become more complex. He highlighted the role of the sector in creating spaces that are safe, efficient, sustainable, and responsive to the needs of the people who use them.

Vice President Sara Duterte joined PABA in commemorating its 50th Founding Anniversary and the 11th National Building and Property Management Summit with a message that placed the spotlight on the people behind safe, reliable, and well-managed buildings.

In her message, the Vice President recognized the vital work of building administrators, property managers, facility managers, and service providers in keeping the spaces where Filipinos live, work, and gather safe, functional, and dependable. She likewise highlighted the importance of continued professionalization in property management and allied services as the country’s built environment continues to expand.

The NBPM Summit 2026 proudly welcomes 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗿. 𝗝𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗣. 𝗜𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘇𝗮 as this year’s speaker for the topic of "𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆."

Engr. Jonathan P. Isonza is a Professional Mechanical Engineer, a Registered Master Plumber, and a Certified Energy Manager, and he has a combined experience in hotel, real estate properties, and operations & maintenance. Providing services to building and properties which requires technological solutions, design, and maintenance in various systems, he currently works as Chief Engineer at the Hilton Manila Newport World Resorts.

He also serves as member of the Board of Directors of Coeus Consultancy Corp and a member of the Integrated Hotel Engineers Association of the Philippines.
