Members of the Golden Z Club of the University of Makati attended the 𝗭𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮 𝟭 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮 𝟱 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟲, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, 𝗮𝘁 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝗮 𝗜𝗯𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗮, 𝗟𝗼𝘁 𝟭𝟳 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗪𝗮𝘆, 𝗠𝗢𝗔 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘅, 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝗮𝘆 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆. The gathering brought together Zonta members, partners, and youth leaders from various clubs and organizations to strengthen connections, celebrate accomplishments, and advance the shared mission of empowering women and youth through service and leadership.

One of the highlights of the event was the 𝗭𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮 𝗚𝗼𝘁 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 competition, where the 𝗭𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗮𝘁𝗶 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝗭 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 𝗼𝗳 𝗨𝗠𝗮𝗸 proudly secured 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 through a vibrant and entertaining performance inspired by the timeless music of ABBA. The recognition showcased the creativity, teamwork, and dedication of both organizations in representing their club on the area level.

Representing the Golden Z Club of UMak were 𝗠𝘀. 𝗠𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗧𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘀, 𝗠𝘀. 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗸𝗶𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗴𝗼𝗹𝗮, 𝗠𝘀. 𝗝𝗼𝗱𝗶 𝗦𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗵𝗮 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗴𝗮, 𝗠𝘀. 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝗔𝗱𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗮, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝘀. 𝗥𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝗻 𝗝𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗲𝗿, who delivered an energetic dance performance featuring a 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗹𝗲𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗕𝗕𝗔 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗰𝘀, 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗮 𝗠𝗶𝗮, 𝗚𝗶𝗺𝗺𝗲! 𝗚𝗶𝗺𝗺𝗲! 𝗚𝗶𝗺𝗺𝗲!, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗤𝘂𝗲𝗲𝗻. Their performance captivated the audience and reflected the enthusiasm and talent of the organization's members.

Adding a unique and elegant touch to the presentation was 𝗠𝘀. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗶 𝗧𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘀, 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗭/𝗚𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝗭 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗭𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗮𝘁𝗶 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘀, who performed a ballet rendition of I Have a Dream. Her performance beautifully complemented the dance production and became one of the most memorable moments of the competition. The Golden Z Club of UMak extends its sincere gratitude to Ms. Tordesillas for sharing her talent, supporting the team throughout the preparation process, and continuously guiding the organization in its endeavors.

The organization also extends its heartfelt appreciation to 𝗠𝗿. 𝗝𝗮𝘆 𝗝𝗼𝗮𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗼, 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗭𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗮𝘁𝗶 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗭𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗮𝘁𝗶 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘀 for their unwavering support, encouragement, and belief in the capabilities of the performers. Their commitment to youth development and leadership continues to create opportunities that allow members to learn, grow, and confidently represent their organization.

Beyond the competition, the Area Meeting served as an avenue for members to interact with fellow Zontians, exchange ideas, and deepen their understanding of the organization's advocacies. The event reinforced the importance of collaboration, fellowship, and collective action in advancing the mission of Zonta and its youth affiliates.

Overall, the achievement marked a memorable milestone for both the Golden Z Club of UMak and the Zonta Club of Makati and Environs. The Second Place finish in the Zonta Got Talent competition reflected the hard work, dedication, and unity of everyone involved. More importantly, it celebrated the strong partnership between ZCME and the Golden Z Club of UMak, a partnership that continues to inspire excellence, creativity, leadership, and service among its members.

5th Annual Service Project of the Zonta Club of Makati and Environs Foundation, Inc.

On June 5, 2026, the Zonta Club of Makati and Environs Foundation, Inc. (ZCME) proudly kicked off the new Biennium 2026–2028 through the successful conduct of Brigada Ezkuwela 2026 at Barangay 111, Tondo, Manila.

Through the collective generosity and commitment of our members, donors, volunteers, and partners, we were able to distribute school bags and educational supplies to **300 student beneficiaries** from:

This meaningful initiative aims to help children begin the school year equipped with the tools they need to learn, grow, and succeed.
