Don Bosco Boys Home Inc. โ€“ Liloan, Cebu has successfully achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification, a globally recognized standard for quality management systems. This milestone highlights the centerโ€™s commitment to delivering quality services through effective processes, continuous improvement, and strong organizational management.

What makes this achievement even more remarkable is that the certification was attained despite the challenges brought by Typhoon Tino last year, which affected the centerโ€™s facilities and operations. Rather than slowing down its progress, the organization remained focused on strengthening its systems and meeting the requirements of the ISO standard.

Through the dedication of its management, staff, and stakeholders, Don Bosco Boys Home Inc. โ€“ Liloan was able to successfully complete the certification process within a relatively short period. The achievement reflects the centerโ€™s resilience, teamwork, and determination to uphold excellence even in the face of adversity.

The ISO 9001:2015 certification not only recognizes the centerโ€™s commitment to quality but also strengthens its foundation for continuous improvement and better service delivery in the years to come.
