As of June 15, 2025, the 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗮𝘁𝗶, 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 page will resume its operations in a new official page —“𝗨𝗠𝗮𝗸 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 - 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹”— which will be launched this June.

This decision was prompted by technical difficulties encountered on the existing page, particularly with updating its official name. Accordingly, the CITE‑SC Executive Board 2025–2026, in consultation with and with the approval of previous CITE‑SC Executive Boards and the CITE administration, has resolved to create a new page.

The current page will remain accessible for archival purposes so that CITEzens can view past posts. However, it will no longer be actively managed. All future communications and updates will appear exclusively on the newly created page.

This marks the end of an incredible flight with all our amazing CITEzens aboard for the Academic Year 2024–2025.

Throughout the journey, we encountered a 𝘧𝘦𝘸 𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘣𝘶𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦𝘴—but your 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘨𝘵𝘩, 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦,and 𝘶𝘯𝘸𝘢𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘴𝘶𝘱𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵 kept our flight steady and on course. From takeoff to landing, it was an unforgettable ride.💗

On behalf of your 𝗖𝗜𝗧𝗘-𝗦𝗖 𝗖𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝘄, we sincerely thank you for being part of every event and activity we prepared for you. We did it! 👏👏👏

A huge congratulations to our CITE student, Mr. James Edward Aniscal, for bagging the Silver Medal in today’s National Teacher Education Quiz Bee organized by CBRC besting 111 other Teacher Education students from various Colleges and Universities all over the country.

The quiz bee was not the typical Q & A competition as it also tested the skills of the contestants in creating AI generated performance tasks, sample AI Proof Lesson Plans and Posters. A helpline composed of students and teachers are also remotely assembled to answer questions as part of the competition’s twist which scores will also form part of the overall tally score of the contestants.

We’d like to thank our coaches and advisers, Prof. Ronilo Dacara, Dr. Tom Quinones and Dr. Arnel Leonardo, and the rest of the other faculty members and students for their support and assistance in mobilizing TEAM UMAK-CITE!
