LDWBC STUDENT COUNCIL ELECTION for the Academic year 2023-2024

Good day! We are pleased to announce that the filing for candidacy for the AY 2023-2024 Student Council election is now open.

All students are likewise encouraged to actively participate in the upcoming activities related to the election and exercise their right to vote.

📢 IMPORTANT DATES

📌April 24- May 8, 2023 (Monday) 3:00 in the afternoon: Filing of Certificate of Candidacy (COC)
📌May 9, 2023: Release of Official Candidates
📌May 9 - 10, 2023: Campaign Period
📌May 11, 2023: Campaign Ban
📌May 12, 2023: Election Day
📌May 13, 2023: Announcement of Election Results

📢INTERIM GUIDELINES FOR COC FILLING:

📌 As a party, submit your initial list of candidates for each position to the LDWBC-COMELEC Commissioners , and as an independent, send a message to LDWBC-COMELEC Commissioners about your intent of running for a specific position.

📌 As a party, once the list is completed, GWA Request form and Certificate of Good moral Request form will be issued, along with the Certificate of Candidacy. Same forms will be issued to an aspiring independent candidate.

📌Fill-in the forms and have it signed by the respective individuals indicated on the form and send a complete and signed PDF copy to [email protected]

📌Chairperson
📌Vice Chairperson
📌Secretary
📌Treasurer
📌Auditor
📌 Public Relations Officer
📌 ABM Course Rep
📌 BSED Course Rep
📌 BEED Course Rep

📢QUALIFICATIONS:

📌a bonafide student of LD Woosley Bethany Colleges
📌students who hold a good testimony centered to the Scripture
📌 have not received a failing grade in the previous semester with a General Weighted Average of at least 83%
📌 for Chairperson and Vice Chairperson, he/she must be an incoming fourth year of the first semester or with three years of residency.
📌for other positions, at least one year of residency

📢 REQUIREMENTS:

📌Registration Form
📌 Certificate of good moral character
📌 Grade slip of previous semester
📌Fully signed and accomplished COC form
