A message from UGP Lily Delos Santos “Liway” :

🏆 *BEST PROJECT IN COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT* 🏆
*RCMCoF PHIL BLUE FARM | RY 2025-2026*

Some visions start before a club is even born. This one started with Charter President Nelia Cruz Sarcol even before RCMCoF was chartered in 2021. It was part of our very first Strategic Planning in Tagaytay Highlands.

Today, that vision is real.

Through *NCS AKS Funding* and our *International Partner, Rotary Club of Richmond Lulu Island* with *Mary Anne Velayo*, PHIL Blue FARM came to life.

This award is for every person who believed:
To *Ferdie Buscato* - thank you for your work on this project.
To our *Global Grant Mentor, Mabel Esteban* - our fairy godmother and go-to person.
To our *Paul Harris Fellow Funders*: Rey, Carol Paredes, Agustin “Dodie”, and Fidel.
To *Dr. Nixon+ and Marisa Cabucana* - thank you for the land.
To our partners on the ground: *17th Infantry Battalion* and *Riza Dy of Sambayanan Cooperative*.
To our *CIE Corporate Members*: *Lea Solon and PP Christine Bacareza* - thank you for powering through 3 rounds of documentation with us!

No rain stopped us. No deadline defeated us.
Because this is Rotary. This is *Service Above Self*.

This award belongs to every farmer, every volunteer, every Rotarian who believed.
*Maraming salamat po!*
*Mabuhay ang RCMCoF! Mabuhay ang District 3830!*
*Proud RCMCoF Unite for Good President 2025-2026* 💙

To God be the Glory
Service Above self

LOOK: A “Christmas in July” by Mandaluyong City Police Station together with Rotary Club of Makati Circle of Friends

The spirit of compassion and community came alive as the Rotary Club of Makati Circle of Friends, in partnership with the Mandaluyong City Police Station, under the leadership of PCOL REYNAN V PATAM, Chief of Police, successfully conducted the "Christmas in July" Community Engagement Activity for 150 children of Barangay Addition Hills, Mandaluyong City on August 1, 2026.

The activity brought smiles and hope to the children through the distribution of gifts, reminding them that kindness knows no season.

As part of the program, personnel from the Station Community Affairs and Development Section (SCADS) also conducted an Anti-Bullying Lecture and distributed informative flyers to promote respect, empathy, and a safe environment for every child.

This meaningful initiative reflects the shared commitment of the Rotary Club of Makati Circle of Friends and the Mandaluyong City Police Station to nurture responsible, informed, and resilient young members of the community through partnership, service, and care.
Together, we continue to build a safer, stronger, and more compassionate Mandaluyong.
