According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), the enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) continues to bring severe and widespread rainfall across Metro Manila. With 100-200 mm of rain possible within the next 24 hours, flooding, impassable roads, and landslides remain major risks.

Stay alert, avoid flooded areas, secure essential belongings, and continue monitoring PAGASA and NCR-PRSD for the latest advisories.

Following the inclement weather being experienced throughout the country, our stray animals can't escape the storm. They don't have food and shelter. Our pets are also in danger if not taken care of properly in times of calamities.
