As Christmas is coming and I prepare to celebrate my twenty-sixth birthday on December twenty-six, my heart is filled with reflection and gratitude. Life hasn’t always gone according to plan, but I’ve learned that delays are not denials, and struggles are often preparation for something greater. I truly hope that, in time, everything becomes lighter and more peaceful for all of us.

Lahat tayo may pinagdadaanan, at darating din ang panahon na magiging maayos ang lahat.

To the young people reading this: please don’t rush your life. Don’t compare your journey to anyone else’s. Your timing is your own, and your worth is not measured by how quickly you succeed. Take care of your mental health, protect your heart, and never be ashamed of starting again. Be disciplined, but also be gentle with yourself. Growth takes time, and becoming who you are meant to be is a lifelong process.

As I step into another year, I choose faith over fear, healing over bitterness, and purpose over pressure. May this season remind us all to forgive, to hope, and to keep believing in better days ahead. Here’s to turning twenty-six with gratitude, humility, and the courage to keep moving forward not just for myself, but for everyone I hope to inspire.🧡

On December first, twenty twenty-five, a close friend of mine from Argentina called me. His voice carried sadness not only for himself, but for his family. I felt the heaviness of that moment deeply. He told me that night might be our last time together for a long while. The next afternoon, he would be leaving the Philippines, and he didn’t know when or if he would be able to return.

He invited me to meet him one last time. Before leaving, he gave me the remaining groceries he had in his place. I accepted them, not just as food, but as a gesture of trust and friendship. We hugged, knowing that goodbyes are never easy.

When I arrived home, I planned to cook only for myself. But because my heart was heavy from what my friend was going through, I didn’t realize how much food I had already prepared. I looked at all the vegetables I had chopped and asked myself, What will I do with all of this? I am alone, and my friend has already gone back to the province with his family. How can I finish all this food by myself?
As I looked around Makati, I became more aware of the many people struggling with hunger. That moment moved me. Instead of letting the food go to waste, I decided to act. I went to Walter Mart to buy food containers so I could share what I had cooked. I even added milk, wanting to give a little more if I could.

I gave the food to bicycle riders and people I met along the way. At first, I felt pure joy seeing their smiles. Later, I felt sadness again because there were still people asking, and I had nothing left to give. Still, I reminded myself that even if I was only able to help five people that day, that was already enough.

This experience taught me something important: we don’t need to have much to make a difference. Sometimes, kindness begins with what is already in our hands. Helping others doesn’t erase pain, but it gives meaning to it. And even the smallest act done with sincerity and compassion can bring light to someone else’s difficult day.
I share this not to be praised, but to remind myself and others that humanity lives in simple choices. When we choose to care, even quietly, we become part of something bigger than ourselves.💙💙💙

I will continue helping people because this is where I find genuine happiness and peace. Giving, even in small ways, reminds me that kindness has real power. I hope that through these actions, I can inspire more people to help as well to choose compassion and to believe that every good deed, no matter how simple, truly matters.

I was blessed to be able to share one hundred kilos of rice, giving five kilos to each person, and in that simple way I was able to help twenty individuals in Pasig City. The rice was shared with hardworking vendors and security guards people who quietly serve our communities every day. This was not about how much was given, but about sharing what I had with sincerity and respect. I believe that even small acts, when done with a genuine heart, can bring comfort, dignity, and hope.

I am deeply grateful for the chance to give, and I hope this inspires others to believe that kindness does not need to be grand. When we help one another with humility, we build a stronger and more compassionate community one small act at a time.

After everything I have been through in life the struggles, the pain, and the moments when I felt lost and helpless I still chose kindness. There were times when poverty and hardship made me feel like I had nothing to offer, and moments when I tried many ways to escape the heavy thoughts inside me because I believed I could not help anyone. But I came to realize something deeply important: not all help requires money. Sometimes, help is presence, understanding, respect, and love. What truly matters is that what we give is honest and comes from the heart.
I continue to choose kindness because I know what it feels like to need help and not know where to find it. Every day, we have a choice to do good, to uplift others, and to act with love and responsibility. This also means promoting awareness about safe s*x, informed choices, and self-respect, because caring for ourselves and others is part of building a healthier and more compassionate society.

My hope is to encourage more people to help in any way they can, to spread awareness, and to choose love over judgment. When we help one another with humility, respect, and compassion, we create healing not only for others, but also for ourselves. Even the smallest act of kindness can become a light for someone who is struggling, and together, those small lights can truly change lives.
