United in faith and guided by the Holy Spirit, the Parish Youth Coordinating Council (PYCC) of the Immaculate Conception Parish convened for a significant meeting dedicated to the re-election of a new set of Westys and parish youth officers.

As a new chapter unfolds, may those who have been entrusted with leadership serve with humility, wisdom, and a steadfast commitment to Christ and His Church. May this renewed leadership continue to inspire unity, strengthen the mission of the youth ministry, and lead fellow young people closer to God through dedicated service and faithful witness.

Let us keep our newly elected leaders in our prayers, that they may carry out their responsibilities with zeal, integrity, and a heart always centered on Christ.

Ad Majorem Dei Gloriam. | SYVC In - Service Training

Today, May 9, the Summer Youth Volunteer Catechists gathered for their In-Service Training at San Pedro Calungsod Hall a meaningful day of formation, reflection, and renewed commitment to the mission of evangelization.

May this gathering strengthen our hearts to serve with humility, teach with compassion, and lead the young closer to Christ through faith, love, and dedicated service.

Our Summer Youth Volunteers Catechists are gathered for their seminar-orientation, preparing their hearts and minds for a meaningful mission. As part of their formation, they are introduced to the SUGA Method and the Flores de Mayo module orientation, equipping them with effective ways to teach, guide, and engage the youth in faith formation.

They have also participated in the Flores de Mayo workshop, where they gained hands-on experience in preparing for the upcoming celebration. Through this initiative, they are empowered to assist in church activities, support the community, and become instruments of faith, leadership, and service helping bring the beauty and spirit of Flores de Mayo to life in the parish.
