Youth and SK Night 2026 ✨

A successful event was held for the youth of the Parish through SK AND YOUTH NIGHT, where the young from different barangays across different parishes are clustered, where they gathered and showcased their talents in four exciting categories: VOCAL SOLO, MODERN BALITAW, MODERN DANCE, AND FOLK DANCE.

More than just a competition, it was a night to remember filled with laughter excitement, and an unforgettable performance. It was a reminder that our youth can come together not only in faith but also in talent, friendship, and unity. Seeing everyone enjoy, support one another, and proudly represent their cluster truly made it it special❣️✨

A Month Ends, Faith Lives On❣️

As the month of July comes to a close, the San Roque Parish Commission on Youth gathered the youth in the parish for its Grand Taizé Prayer—a sacred evening of silence, worship, and reflection 🙏. As one month ends and another begins, may our hearts remain anchored in God's love, carrying His light, peace, and hope into the days ahead.

As we step into a new month, may the prayers we offered continue to echo in our hearts and strengthen our faith❣️.

A meaningful gathering of faith, fellowship, and formation brought together the youth of San Roque Parish through the facilitation of Youth for Christ Central Cluster, bringing the young parishioners across the chapels for a meaningful day filled with learning, fellowship, and faith❣️.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude for sharing such learnings and inspiring messages that encouraged the youths to deepen their relationship with Christ. Your commitment made this gathering meaningful and has encouraged our youth to grow closer to Christ and actively serve the Church. We are truly grateful for your support and partnership. 🙏💚

The San Roque Parish Commission on Youth (SRPCOY) also expresses its heartfelt appreciation to the youth participants from the different chapels of San Roque Parish. The active participation of each youth greatly contributes to the successful and meaningful gathering ✨. Through active participation, enthusiasm, and commitment of every youth, it has strengthened our shared mission to foster unity and active involvement among youth of our parish.

As we conclude the Youth Orientation series on a high note, let us now move forward to the next chapter—gathering the young people of our parish as one community. This activity aims to strengthen camaraderie, foster unity, and provide a day full of learnings. Together as one community, we will gain knowledge to deepen our faith and ignite a spirit to better become pillars of today and stewards for the future as one community of Christ.

With the help of the Youth for Christ, the entire orientation will be facilitated, bringing an extraordinary activity full of fun, fellowship, faith-filled experiences, and inspiring talks that will help you grow not only as an individual but also as an active member of our parish community.

The journey ends, the mission continues. 🙏

As the youth orientation comes to its final stop, the San Roque Parish Commission on Youth (SRPCOY) remains steadfast in its mission of sharing the vision, purpose, and calling of the commission❣️. It also served as an activity to reach out to the Puroks in the barangay, wherein it welcomed the new and the existing members of the ministry and communicated with them properly on the current status of the chapel in the present.

One of the highlights of the orientation was the heartfelt sharing testimony from the longtime members of the community. They reflected on how the youth ministry shaped them into who they are today, sharing both the joys and the struggles they encountered throughout their journey of service ❤️‍🩹. Through these personal stories, they hoped to inspire the young people present to embrace the same path of faith, service, and commitment within the ministry.

As the youth orientation comes to a close, this may serve as a gateway and an introduction for more young people across the parish to serve and be part of this Christ-centered community 🙏. This is not the end of the journey—it is the beginning of a new chapter for the San Roque Parish Commission on Youth ✨.

A Stop on the Top — San Vicente Upper Chapel! ⛰️🙏

The San Roque Parish Commission on Youth continued its Youth Orientation journey with an evening session at San Vicente Upper Chapel on July 4, 2026. Despite the distance, it did not hinder but proved their zeal and willingness to serve God❣️.

The orientation was facilitated by the SRPCOY, they guided and gave knowledge to the existing and new members of youth in the mission, vision, and purpose of the commission 🙏. It caters to an understanding and deeper knowledge of what it means to be part of the commission of youth.

As the Youth Orientation journey continues, each chapel reminds us that every young person matters, no matter how near or far they may be. The journey is far from over, and we look forward to meeting more kalakbays 💙🙏.
