‎The fear we allow today may become the silence of tomorrow’s generation. The corruption we tolerate now will define the future we will have to live in.

‎The steps we take are not only for the present, but also for our future.

‎Let us refuse to forget, and refuse to accept what is wrong. Every step we take, every word we speak is a reminder that courage still exists in this country.

‎PARA SA SARILI.
‎PARA SA ATING LAHAT.
‎PARA SA BAYAN.

‎Her Kind of Love. 💞

‎Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible mothers and those who stood as a mother! 🌷

‎Today, we celebrate your sacrifices, strength, patience, and kindness that inspire us every day. Thank you for being our guiding light, our comfort during difficult times, and our biggest supporters in every step we take. Your unconditional love truly makes a difference in our lives and in our hearts. 💐

‎To all mothers, may this special day remind you how appreciated and loved you are. We acknowledge the weight you carry and the work you do that often goes unrecognized. We are grateful for every hug, every reminder, every prayer, and every effort you give for your children and loved ones. 👑💗

‎You carry so much, and you do it with grace. You deserve rest, joy, and recognition not just today, but every day. We see you, we appreciate you, and we love you. 🩷

‎Special greetings and heartfelt appreciation as well to our beloved principal and teachers of Mabinay Science High School who are not only shaping our hearts, but also our minds. Thank you for your guidance, patience, and dedication in helping students grow and succeed. Your hard work and commitment are truly valued and appreciated. 🙌

‎The world is better because of mothers like you. 💞💌

WORK, PAUSE, AND BREATHE. 😮‍💨

‎ Happy Labor Day! Today is all about celebrating the hardworking people who make our lives easier every day. From early morning workers to late-night grinders, everyone deserves a shout-out for their effort and dedication. Whether you’re studying, working, or helping at home, your hard work matters too. 💪

‎ Labor Day is more than just a day off—it’s a reminder that every job is important no matter how big or small and every worker deserves respect. It teaches us to appreciate not only our own efforts but also the people around us who help keep things running smoothly. May we learn to value effort, show gratitude, and understand that behind everything we use or enjoy, there is someone’s hard work. 🩷🤝

‎ So today, take a moment to relax, smile, and feel proud of what you do! 🎉

🌎“Our Planet, Our Future“🌎

‎Earth Day isn’t just a single day, it’s the moment we realize we’re all stewards of something priceless.

Today, we take a moment to truly appreciate the beauty and life our planet gives us, our one and only home. We are reminded of how much we depend on nature in our everyday lives. With the intense heat and rising temperatures we’re experiencing, it’s clear that climate change isn’t something far away anymore. It is already part of our daily reality. Because of this, awareness alone isn’t enough. We need to start taking action.

‎As young people and future leaders, we have both the chance and the responsibility to care for the environment. Protecting the Earth isn’t just a choice anymore—it’s something we all need to do.

‎This Earth Day, let’s make it personal. Let’s go beyond just posting or talking about it and start doing our part. Together, as one community of Mabinay Science High School, we can inspire change and lead by example. Because this planet doesn’t belong to us, we belong to it. And every small choice we make today is a promise to the generations who will call it home tomorrow. 🍃🌏💚

🚀 A BREAKTHROUGH PROJECT!

We realized that many of our new volunteers from NGE — the sister organization of GYL — are serving as SSLG officers in their respective schools. From that insight, the GYL Leadership Lab: SSLG Mentorship Program was born — a leadership space designed to guide, empower, and equip our fellow student leaders to lead with excellence, integrity, and purpose.

This breakthrough initiative was spearheaded by GYL President, Wilkens Abordo, whose vision is to strengthen student leadership through mentorship, collaboration, and shared growth. 💙
