📢 One-day Admission Process (Entrance Exam to Enrollment)
Please be informed that the applicants listed below will take their entrance examination, interview, and skill test on Tuesday, June 9, 2026. The results will be released immediately after the examinations, and successful applicants will proceed to the enrollment process in the afternoon of the same day. Furthermore, those who were unable to take their examinations on June 3, 2026 are required to take them on the said date.

Reminder:
Kindly wear decent attire.
Entrance Exam and Processing Fee - 150 Pesos
Please bring your own ballpen.

In addition, please also prepare and bring the following requirements for Enrollment:
1. PSA/NSO Certified Birth Certificate with five (5) clear photocopies
2. SF9/Form 138 (Report Card) or Transcript of Records with three (3) clear photocopies
3. Two (2) pieces 1x1 ID Picture
4. Enrollment Fee: ₱2,000.00
5. Proper Haircut (No blonde hair or highlights)

Attention to All Successful Applicants!

To ensure a smooth and organized enrollment, kindly follow these steps:

1. Admission – Submit all required documents at the TVET Faculty Office.
2. Uniform – Proceed to the High School Library to fit sample uniforms and provide your chosen size.
3. ID Picture – Wear the selected uniform, have your photo taken for the school ID, and provide the necessary information.
4. Payment – Pay the enrollment fee of ₱2,000.00 at the cashier’s station.
