The La Rose Noire Foundation, led by Head of Foundation Ms. Shyrrel Canlas, conducted a 5S Training at Brgy. Sto. NiΓ±o, Bamban, Tarlac. The initiative focused on empowering the local community by fostering an organized and efficient environment.

Following the 5S session, a livelihood training program was held. Under the expert guidance of Mr. Jemar Bernardino, LRN Training Center Training Specialist, participants learned to craft high-quality treats including Kamote Donuts, Cake in a Jar, and Na’an Bread Pizza. To ensure sustainability and ease of production, all recipes were specifically designed as non-bake methods, allowing participants to easily replicate the products in their own homes without the need for industrial equipment. This program underscores the Foundation’s commitment to providing accessible livelihood opportunities for Filipino families.

The La Rose Noire Foundation, Inc. is proud to announce that the scholars of Class 19 have achieved a 100% passing rate in the Barista NCII Assessment conducted by TESDA on March 26 and 29, 2026.

All 18 scholars successfully demonstrated their technical proficiency, marking a continued streak of excellence for the foundation’s vocational training programs. The assessment evaluated the students on critical industry competencies, including operating espresso machines, steaming milk, creating latte art, and maintaining proper sanitation standards in a high-pressure environment.

The success of Class 19 follows closely on the heels of the batch’s recent 100% passing rate in Bread and Pastry Production (BPP) NCII, further cementing the foundation's reputation for producing top-tier, multi-skilled hospitality professionals.

As Class 19 nears the completion of their scholarship journey, the foundation remains committed to its mission of providing underprivileged youth with the skills, discipline, and international credentials necessary for a sustainable career.

The Class 19 scholars of the La Rose Noire Foundation have once again demonstrated exceptional skill and dedication, achieving a 100% passing rate in the Bread and Pastry Production (BPP) NCII assessment held on March 24–25, 2026.

Following in the footsteps of their predecessors, this class met the rigorous two-day evaluation with remarkable composure and technical precision. The assessment tested their mastery of core competencies, ranging from the intricate preparation of cakes to the consistent production of high-quality soft rolls.

Maintaining this perfect passing streak is a significant milestone, reaffirming the high standard of vocational excellence the program continues to uphold.
