In partnership with the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) of Santo Rosario, we are now opening the registration for the Educational Assistance Program for our residents!

• Senior High School Students
• Strictly for residents of Barangay Santo Rosario, Mabalacat City ONLY.

✨ 𝐏𝐘𝐀𝐏 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲 𝐒𝐭𝐨. 𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐨 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐝𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 (𝐒𝐎𝐘𝐀) ✨

On September 26, 2025, PYAP Barangay Sto. Rosario proudly attended the 2nd State of the Youth Address (SOYA) held at SideGriller Restaurant, Mabiga.

The event served as a powerful platform to review accomplishments, celebrate milestones, and inspire collective action toward greater youth development. With 27 barangay PYAP Presidents in attendance, the gathering highlighted unity, leadership, and the shared vision of empowering the young generation. 🌟

We were inspired by the recognition given to outstanding youth leaders, as well as the celebration of the Top 10 SK Councils who have shown excellence in serving their communities. Messages from city youth leaders and advocates further encouraged us to strengthen our role in building a brighter future for Mabalacat.

The highlight of the event was the address delivered by Hon. Paul Andre P. Tiongco, SK Federation President, outlining a progressive vision for the city’s youth that deeply resonated with PYAP’s mission.

Adding to this, Mabalacat City Mayor Hon. Gerald Guttrie P. Aquino and City Councilor Hon. Patricia Anne Acorda extended their heartfelt appreciation for the youth leaders’ commitment, reaffirming the city’s full support for its rising generation. Their words reminded us that the youth are not only the hope of tomorrow, but the driving force of today.

𝐏𝐘𝐀𝐏 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲 𝐒𝐭𝐨. 𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐨 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐏𝐘𝐀𝐏 𝐌𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐭 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 2𝐧𝐝 & 3𝐫𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐎𝐚𝐭𝐡-𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲, held last September 26, 2025, at Side Griller, Mabiga Mabalacat City, Pampanga.

The gathering brought together the youth leaders of Mabalacat City to discuss accomplishments, on-going projects, and upcoming programs that aim to empower the youth and strengthen community participation.

One of the most meaningful parts of the event was the Oath-Taking Ceremony, where 27 barangay presidents officially took their oath of office. This moment symbolized not only leadership, but also a renewed commitment to serve, guide, and inspire the young people in their barangays.

With the support of city officials, mentors, and Mayor Hon. Gerald Guttrie Aquino who led the oath-taking, this Kick-Off truly marks the start of a new era — a chance to strengthen leadership, create meaningful projects, and work together for the betterment of every young Mabalaqueño.
