Update as of today for Bambi..hindi oa nakakaligo dahil madalas ang ulan.wala ng galis .nag gain na ng weight at nang aaway na po.

Good day Ma’am, this is Doc Jay po. Kakatapos lang po ng mga lab tests kay Bus.

F***l examination revealed the presence of Giardia and hookworm infection, both of which are intestinal parasites that can contribute to gastrointestinal signs, poor body condition, weight loss, and chronic health issues. Additionally, the blood test showed that your dog is positive for antibodies against Ehrlichia, a tick-borne disease. A positive antibody result indicates previous exposure to the organism and may or may not represent an active infection.

Blood Chem shows low Albumin, Elevated Globulin, CK, AMYL. Normal po ang Kidney and Liver Parameters po niya.

During the physical examination, we also noted a severe abnormality involving the left hind limb. The left hock (tarsal joint) is chronically flexed which caused the development of a pressure sore/ulcer over the hock region. May ulceration rin po sa right plantar area.

May left femoral and hip fracture po siya .
Radiographic findings suggest that the bony and joint changes are longstanding (chronic) in nature rather than a recent injury.

At this time, surgical correction may not be the most appropriate initial treatment option.

Our primary goal is to improve comfort, manage pain and inflammation muna, treat the wound, and address any underlying infections po.

We also observed a heavy external parasite burden, including fleas and lice, which may contribute to skin irritation, discomfort, and poor overall health.
