You Matter: Understanding Su***de, Building Hope, and Knowing When to Reach Out 💚
The College of Maasin, Inc. – Office of the Guidance and Counseling Services successfully conducted a Student Seminar on Mental Health Awareness, Su***de Prevention, and Help-Seeking on September 24, 2026.
The seminar was led by Mr. Roselo L. Caduldulan, who shared meaningful discussions on mental health awareness, recognizing warning signs, building hope, and encouraging students to seek help without fear or stigma. Through engaging activities and interactive discussions, students actively participated, reflected on the topics, and learned the importance of supporting one another with empathy and compassion.
This meaningful activity was made possible through the partnership and support of our SHS Guidance Advocate, Ms. Riffy Bels Ruba-Saz, SHS OSDS Adviser, Mrs. Hernadith C. Vallota, and SHS Acting Principal, Mrs. Arianne G. Quirong, whose dedication to promoting student well-being continues to inspire our school community.
