The Barangay Local Government Unit of San Jose, Lupi, Camarines Sur supports and chose the "Conduct of BNEO Basic Orientation Course initiated by the Panlalawigan Pederasyon ng mga Barangay sa Pilipinas" headed by Hon. Christopher Velarde Jacinto.

The 18th Sangguniang Barangay of San Jose during its 8th Regular Session on April 7, 2024 passed Resolution No. 36 series of 2024 titled "A Resolution Supporting and Choosing the Conduct of BNEO Basic Orientation Course Initiated by the Liga ng mga Barangay" which conduct of which has been accustomed to it quite some time since the birth of the Liga.

We encourage other Sangguniang Barangay, particularly those of within the Municipality of Lupi, Camarines Sur to do the same to further foster cooperation, unity and amity among Barangays.

We likewise discourage any initiative to participate in any activity that seems to establish DIVISIVENESS and tends to dishonor the existence of an institution duly recognize the law.
