Chelsy P. Bermudez of College of Health Sciences - Nursing was named first runner-up in the Miss CEFI 2026 pageant held during the 53rd Founding Anniversary celebration of Calayan Educational Foundation, Inc. (CEFI).

She impressed the judges and audience with her poise and confidence throughout the competition, delivering strong performances in the production, evening gown, and question-and-answer segments.
