The Rotaract Club of Sacred Heart College, represented by 16 members, in a powerful display of environmental commitment, successfully attended the annual "Kaloob na Banahaw Year 4" tree planting activity.

The initiative, hosted by the Rotaract club of Lucena Circle and Rotaract Club of Makati held in collaboration with the Philippine Pharmacist Association and multiple Rotaract and student organizations from Southern Luzon State University, saw the planting of 300 Narra tree seedlings.

From the long hike to the fellowship that kept us going, it was a day for the books. Feeling fulfilled despite the ache in our feetโ€”and yes, we can confirm gravity still exists after a few slips!

In a night filled with fellowship, inspiration, and purpose, Heart-working President Diana Camonias-Peras was formally inducted as the new President of the Rotary Club of Lucena Circle. Her leadership puts her heart at work and promises to guide the club with compassion, dedication, and a renewed commitment to Rotaryโ€™s mission of โ€œService Above Self.โ€

Supporting the momentous occasion, the Rotaract Club of Sacred Heart College graciously handled registration and ushering duties for the evening, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for guests and dignitaries.

The night also highlighted the next generation of Rotaract leaders. Advocacy-driven President Stephanie Sandoval of the Rotaract Club of Sacred Heart College, alongside President Jerome Rendiza of the Rotaract Club of Lucena Circle, were officially inducted in this joint induction, forming a stronger partnership between Rotary and Rotaract in advancing service projects and community impact.

The ceremony was more than an inductionโ€”it was a celebration of fellowship, leadership, and the shared vision of building a brighter, more compassionate future. Truly, it was a night of fellowship and a future of service.

Busal Integrated School, Tayabas City, Quezon โ€“ August 30, 2025

Six members of the Rotaract Club of Sacred Heart College joined the โ€œTrail to Busalโ€ project, showing the resilience and determination of the youth leaders who trekked for hours to reach the school community.

Rotaractors spearheaded a donation drive, covering the 7 areas of focus. The simple act of giving was coupled with heartfelt joy, as the club facilitated fun-filled games and activities.

โ€œThe smiles of children we served made every step worthwhile. We take this moment as a point of reflection, an eye-opener on how difficult life can be for other communities, how flawed some systems remain, and how privileged we are in comparison. It is in these moments where we can see why service matters and remind us how Rotaract makes the effort to touch lives,โ€

The Trail to Busal project exemplifies the Rotaract Clubโ€™s commitment to service above self, ensuring that even far-flung communities are not left behind. More than just an outreach, the event became a testament to the power of youth service in bridging distances, both physically and socially.

OrgFest2025: Cordians Unite and Celebrate New Beginnings

The Rotaract Club of Sacred Heart College welcomes its new members as they celebrate this year's Organizational Festival on August 15, 2025 at the college gymnasium.

It is the goal of the Rotaract Club to inspire others and promote humility and selflessness for the development of the community. The celebration of the Organizational Festival marks the opening of their doors to new members. It is a platform for the Rotaract Club to share their stories to them, whom they hope will radiate the same values and advocacy, not just within the institution, but also throughout the community and the country.
