Kalilayan Chapter No. 54 successfully convened its 1st Stated Meeting, setting the tone for a productive and unified Term A. On January 24, 2026, we had the privilege of witnessing the Public Installation of the elected and appointed officers of Werner Paul Schetelig Chapter No. 27, Order of DeMolay. The ceremony was solemn and inspiring, showcasing the rich traditions, values, and enduring principles of the Order.

Kalilayan Chapter No. 54 proudly extends its heartfelt congratulations to the newly installed officers, under the leadership of Master Councilor Bro. Rhanzen V. Abayari. We recognize and commend each officer for accepting the mantle of leadership and for their commitment to serve with integrity, dedication, and true brotherhood.

Kalilayan Chapter No. 54 extends its heartfelt gratitude for the successful conduct of this installation ceremony. To our Dad Masons, fellow Brethren, our sisters from the International Order of the Rainbow for Girls, Senior DeMolays, distinguished guests, families, and friendsโ€”your presence and support made this occasion truly meaningful.

In DeMolay, the Day of Comfort is a meaningful observance where we live out our obligation to serveโ€”bringing hope, compassion, and brotherhood to those who need it most, especially persons deprived of liberty. Through simple acts of kindness, we remind them that they are not forgotten. This year, we carried out this purpose through a joint activity with the Sisters of Mount Banahaw Assembly No. 22 as we visited Lucena City Jail (BJMP). We shared a Christmas party, donated groceries, and took time to genuinely connect and get to know the PDLs. It was a day filled with warmth, empathy, and the true spirit of service beyond the walls.
