A youth organization composed of young volunteers from the different barangays of Lucena City, we are committed to serving our communities through leadership, emergency response, and civic engagement.
Guided by the Local Youth Development Office (LYDO) and City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDDRMO), we strive to become active partners in building a safer, more resilient, and empowered Lucena.
The photos featured were taken during the recognition of our pioneering members during last year's People's Day Program of our Hon. Mayor Mark Alcala. These initial core members will undergo a series of trainings and capacity-building activities to strengthen their skills, leadership, and readiness for service.
