The Rotary Club of Lucena South Premier proudly joins Rotary International District 3820 at the 4-in-1 District Learning Seminar held aboard Costa Serena, a meaningful gathering designed to equip and prepare Rotary leaders for the upcoming Rotary Year 2026โ€“2027 under the theme โ€œCreate Lasting Impact.โ€

Embracing the spirit of SAIL. LEARN. LEAD., President-Elect Michelle Arias, together with fellow Rotarians, actively participates in a series of leadership development sessions, strategic planning discussions, and fellowship activities with Rotarians from across the district. ๐Ÿ’›The Rotary Club of Lucena South Premier celebrated its 3rd Charter Anniversary on February 28, 2026, at The Seves Resort and Restaurant. The occasion was marked by a simple yet meaningful dinner and fellowship among members.

The celebration provided an opportunity to reflect on the clubโ€™s journey over the past three years and to strengthen the bonds of friendship and unity among Rotarians. It was a night filled with gratitude, laughter, shared stories, and a renewed commitment to service.

The club also expressed heartfelt appreciation to its past leaders โ€” Charter President Maria Rowena de Mesa and Immediate Past President Imelda Abarca โ€” for their dedication and guidance in building a strong foundation for the organization.

๐Ÿ’› Rotary Club of Lucena South Premier continues its yearly giving tradition by surprising our hardworking guards and dedicated housemaids with Christmas giftsโ€”bringing smiles and heartfelt appreciation to those who quietly serve our community all year long.

The clubโ€™s simple yet meaningful gesture aimed to make them feel valued, remembered, and truly appreciated. The visit was filled with warm greetings, laughter, and the spirit of holiday cheer.

Through this activity, the Rotary Club reaffirmed its belief that Christmas is not about the cost of the gift, but the thought behind itโ€”remembering, caring, and sharing happiness. This season, we celebrate not just the holidays, but the people who serve with dedication and heart.

๐Ÿ’› As part of its annual 7 Days of Christmas outreach, the Rotary Club of Lucena South Premier carried out its yearly Hygiene Kit Distribution, dedicated this time to the Lucena City District Jail โ€” Female Dormitory, benefiting 113 Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL). The initiative aimed to encourage proper hygiene, uphold dignity, and support the overall well-being of PDL, while spreading hope, care, and compassion this Christmas season.

The club formally turned over the hygiene kits in close coordination with the BJMP Lucena City Jail officers, ensuring that all facility protocols and guidelines were strictly observed. The outreach was warmly received, with heartfelt appreciation expressed by both the jail personnel and the beneficiaries.

The Rotary Club extends its sincere gratitude to the BJMP Lucena City Jail officers and staff, to its dedicated Rotary members, and to the generous supporters and donors whose contributions made this meaningful service possible. Through this long-standing tradition of giving, the club continues to live out the Rotary core value of Service Above Self, bringing encouragement and compassion to the community this Christmas season.
