32nd AFGR Joins Quezon Day Flower Offering

On 19 August 2025, the 32nd Air Force Group Reserve (32nd AFGR) participated in the Flower Offering Ceremony in Lucena City in commemoration of the birth anniversary of President Manuel L. Quezon.

The event, spearheaded by the Provincial Government of Quezon with civic groups and government agencies, honored the life and legacy of the late President. The 32nd AFGR joined the ceremony as part of its ongoing civil-military operations, highlighting its role in community engagement, nation-building, and support to local initiatives.

Through this participation, the 32nd AFGR reaffirmed its commitment to promoting patriotism, strengthening civil-military cooperation, and working hand in hand with the community in preserving national heritage.

PASAYAHAN 2025: AIR FORCE RESERVISTS IN ACTION!

May 28, 2025 – The 32nd Air Force Group Reserve proudly took part in the vibrant Pasayahan Grand Parade in Lucena City, Quezon! With a mission to support local authorities in crowd control, safety, and emergency response, our reservists stood side by side with key agencies like the PNP, BFP, Red Cross, and community volunteers.

From patrolling the parade route to engaging with the public, the 32nd AFGR upheld discipline, visibility, and service—true to the values of the Philippine Air Force.

This successful collaboration highlights the importance of unity in keeping community festivities safe and orderly.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!

Greetings from the 3rd Air Reserve Center! Advance ROTC Alumni, are you ready for your next step? Here's your chance!

The Philippine Air Force will conduct a nationwide qualifying examination for POTC Class 2025 on 26-27 February 2025 at 1st ARCen Lecture Room, Villamor Air Base (VAB), Pasay City (Alternate: PhilSCA VAB Covered Court). This examination is for applicants from 1st ARCen (VAB, Pasay City), 2nd ARCen (CAB, Pampanga), and 3rd ARCen (FAB, Lipa City).

To consolidate your application, please submit the following documents to the 3rd ARCen at Lipa City, Batangas from February 1-20, 2025:

a. Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
b. Photocopy of Transcript of Records (TOR) and Diploma of Baccalaureate Degree
c. Photocopy of Certificate of Completion or Diploma for Advance ROTC Graduates

Licensed criminologists are exempted from the qualifying examination. However, they must submit the following documents to the 3rd ARCen at Lipa City, Batangas:

a. Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
b. Photocopy of Transcript of Records (TOR) and Diploma of Baccalaureate Degree
c. Photocopy of Certificate of Completion or Diploma for Advance ROTC Graduates
d. Photocopy of PRC License ID and Board Certificate

We encourage all Advance ROTC Alumni, not only from the 3rd Air Reserve Center but also from other ARCens, to submit their requirements and participate in the qualifying examination.

New Horizons: Acceptance and Orientation of New Enlisted Reservists in the 32nd AFGR

The 32nd Air Force Group Reserve (AFGR) marked a significant milestone on 01 February 2025, as the unit officially welcomed its newest batch of enlisted reservists during the Acceptance and Orientation Ceremony held at the Banahaw Lounge, SOLCOM, Camp Guillermo Nakar, Lucena City.

The event opened with the Assembly and Final Briefing, followed by the formal registration and attendance check. The solemn Invocation led by MSg Henry C. Jalla PAF (RES) set the tone for the day, followed by the singing of the Philippine National Anthem.

LTC MARIA SYLVIA S. AVILA PAF (RES), Director for Operations and Squadron Commander warmly welcomed the participants with inspiring Opening Remarks, emphasizing the vital role of reservists in supporting the Philippine Air Force's mission.

The attendees were privileged to hear Inspirational Messages from LTC FLORETO I. SOLANO GSC PAF (RES), OIC Wing Commander of 3AFWR and Group Commander of the 32nd AFGR, and COL JONATHAN P. DE LEON PAF (GSC), Group Commander of Tactical Operation Group 4, who motivated the reservists to embody discipline, service, and dedication to national development.

The Orientation Proper, led by MAJ REDEN C. RODRIQUEZ PAF (RES) and SSg Niel A. Parco PAF (RES), provided a comprehensive overview of the 32nd AFGR, covering its history, mission, vision, and structure, along with essential discussions on reservist roles and responsibilities, military protocol, and discipline.

An engaging Open Forum and Q&A Session followed, where reservists actively sought clarification on their duties and protocols.

The Presentation of the Newly Enlisted Reservists was officiated by MAJ RODRIGUEZ PAF (RES), with LTC SOLANO GSC PAF (RES) leading the Pledge of Commitment, a symbolic moment that marked the formal integration of the new members into the 32nd AFGR.

SMS Oliver D. Sadili PAF (RES) delivered heartfelt Closing Remarks, encouraging the newly enlisted reservists to uphold the values of honor, duty, and service. The event culminated with the uplifting Singing of the Philippine Air Force Hymn and a commemorative Group Photo Session to capture the special occasion.

The camaraderie was further strengthened through a lively Boodle Fight Lunch, where participants shared a meal and celebrated the successful event.

This meaningful gathering not only welcomed the newest reservists but also reinforced the values of discipline, commitment, and unity, fostering a strong foundation for their journey in service to the nation.
