The Kiwanis Club of Lubao Gems, in partnership with ALQCF, proudly marks the 7th year of Gift of Hope—a flagship service project dedicated to uplifting the aboriginal Aeta community living in the mountainous area of Nabuclod, Floridablanca, Pampanga.

Since 2019, this initiative has consistently supported over 600 students of Nabuclod Integrated School (NIS) each year. What began as a simple outreach has grown into a sustained, community-centered program focused on education, health, and dignity.

Through this year’s efforts, beneficiaries received nutritious meals, pajamas, wristwatches, printers, sweets, and toys—empowering both learning and creativity.

With at least 32 volunteer hours dedicated annually, Gift of Hope reflects more than service—it embodies long-term commitment, cultural respect, and meaningful impact. This initiative stands as a testament to what consistent, inclusive outreach can achieve for indigenous communities in remote areas.

Every child deserves hope, opportunity, and the chance to dream.

In this inspiring story of service, the Kiwanis Club of Lubao Gems showcases its impact across two vulnerable communities in Pampanga—the indigenous Aeta community of Nabuclod in Floridablanca, Pampanga and the coastal community of Lambiki in Lubao, Pampanga.

For the past seven years, our club has journeyed to the mountains to serve Aeta children and families through feeding programs, educational support, Christmas outreach, and community development initiatives.

At the same time, our club expanded its reach to the coastal village of Lambiki through the launch of its first-ever Shoebox Gift Project, bringing smiles, encouragement, and hope to children living by the sea.

Together with our partners, donors, volunteers, and community leaders, we continue to transform compassion into action and create lasting change where it is needed most.
