​The Pacpaca Youth Leadership Federation, led by Youth President Brix Manuel, is proud to offer our full support and volunteer service to Pacpaca Elementary School for this year’s Brigada Eskwela!

​We are ready to work alongside our teachers and parents to prepare a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our young learners. True leadership begins with service, and the Pacpaca youth are always ready to answer the call!
