The United Kabalikat Civicom - Laguna Provincial Council is a part of a nationwide network of active community communicators dedicated to public service, especially during disasters and calamities. UNITED KABALIKAT CIVICOM – A Lifeline Since 1993
In the dead of night, when typhoons rage, roads are impassable, and power is down—voices still travel. For 32 years, those voices have belonged to UNITED KABALIKAT CIVICOM. Founded in 1993, we began as a small band of radio enthusiasts united by one purpose: to be there when the nation needed us most. Today, we have grown into the largest civic communications network in the Philippines, reaching from the remotest barangays to the busiest cities, on every frequency, in every language, at every hour. Our members—ordinary citizens with extraordinary dedication—have braved floods, earthquakes, fires, and landslides, armed not with weapons or wealth, but with radios, resourcefulness, and the will to serve. We are the voices that call for rescue, relay urgent medical needs, and coordinate relief when chaos strikes. We partner with the DOTC, DILG, NDRRMC, OCD, and PNP, not for recognition, but because we believe that service without boundaries is the truest form of nation-building. And every year since 1992, we have proven that commitment—saving lives, uniting communities, and ensuring no one is ever truly alone in their moment of need. We are more than an organization. We are UNITED KABALIKAT CIVICOM—trusted in every frequency, present in every call for help.
