Held from July 17 to 20, 2026, and organized by Rikkyo University in Tokyo, Japan, MLMI 2026 brought together researchers worldwide to share groundbreaking advancements in machine learning and machine intelligence. ๐ŸŒธโœจ

Out of the four presentations from our developers, Mark Andrei Reyes received a ๐—•๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜ ๐—ฃ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐—”๐˜„๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฑ for his paper "RESEETA: Integrating Generative AI and RAG-Based Verification for Handwritten Prescription Interpretation and Medication Adherence in the Philippines", co-authored with Sir Ariel B. Doria! ๐Ÿ…

Our other developers also delivered incredible presentations on the international stage:

๐ŸŒธ Adrianne Mae Bautista presented "NSentiV: News Sentiment Visualization Application for Stock Market Using Classification Algorithms" (co-authored with Sir Ariel B. Doria).
๐ŸŒธ Matthew Steven Toledo & Vivekjeet Chambal presented "Is the Statistical Advantage Worth the Cost? An Empirical Comparison of KANs and MLPs for Structured Data Classification" (co-authored with Justine Raphael Jacinto of MALAIA Lab).
๐ŸŒธ Alexander Gabriel Aranes & John Michael Magpantay presented "Determinants of Starting Salaries for Filipino Graduates: An Explainable Machine Learning Approach".

Both of the latter papers were guided and co-authored by faculty advisors Sir Rodolfo Camaclang III, Sir Jamlech Iram Gojo Cruz, and Sir Reginald Neil Recario.
