IFSA - IRRI Filipino Scientists Association, Inc. The IRRI Filipino Scientists Association (IFSA), Inc is an organization that champions the pursuit of scientific excellence and integrity in rice research.

We are a voluntary, non-stock, non-profit and exclusive association dedicated in promoting professional growth and active fellowship among its members, and engaging in both scientific and socio-cultural activites that support IRRI's goals and mission (IFSA Constitution & By-Laws, Article III).
