It is limited by what we are willing to protect.

While diplomacy is being explored,
the AFP and PCG continue to maintain presence in the West Philippine Sea.
Not as a contradiction.
But as enforcement.
Because a boundary only matters
if it is real.
So this is not mixed messaging.
It’s a structure:
We engage.
But we don’t cross the line.

In partnership with the Bay MSWDO, personnel of the 2nd Civil-Military Operations Battalion brought much-needed aid to families affected by Super Typhoon Uwan in Bay, Laguna, distributing 253 food packs across the barangays of Masaya, Santa Cruz, Poypoy, and Paciano.

A mission of compassion, service, and solidarity because every Filipino deserves help in times of need.

Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Response (HADR) Team 2 of 3rd CMO Company under Task Force Ugnay in collaboration with Local Government of Cabuyao City continues monitoring evacuated families and individuals in Brgy. Banay-Banay, Cabuyao City, Laguna. The team is also assisting evacuees as they safely return home.

🔴 Napanatili ng Super Typhoon Uwan ang lakas nito habang hinahagupit ang Bicol Region.

🔴 Inaasahan ang matinding epekto ng Super Typhoon Uwan sa malaking bahagi ng Calabarzon kung saan nakataas ang Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 3 hanggang 5.

🔴 Taglay nito ang lakas ng hangin na aabot sa 185 km/h malapit sa gitna at pagbugso na hanggang 230 km/h habang kumikilos pakanluran hilagang kanluran sa bilis na 30 km/h.

🔴 Matinding epekto ng bagyo sa mga lugar sa ilalim ng Signal No. 5, malaki hanggang matinding epekto sa Signal No. 4, at katamtaman hanggang malaki sa Signal No. 3.

🔴 Storm surge na posibleng umabot sa higit 3 metro sa mga baybayin ng Quezon, Batangas, at Cavite.

🔴 Inaasahang napakataas ng alon na aabot sa 14m sa Polillo Islands, 7m sa hilagang Quezon, 6m sa silangan at timog Quezon, 4.5m sa natitirang bahagi ng Quezon, at Batangas.
