We proudly congratulate our outgoing President, John Paul J. Tejada, for his dedicated service and exemplary leadership during his term. You leave behind a legacy of integrity that will inspire the next generation of UPLB engineers. The PICE-ACIP UPLB Student Chapter is incredibly proud of you!

"At a time when corruption is rampant in the construction industry, I hope that the people who participated in these initiatives realize that they are being honed to help the Filipino people with the skills that they have. This should be the wake-up call for future civil engineers to uphold integrity and honor the country at all times."

John Paul was the president of UPLB’s local student chapters of the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers National and ACI Philippines. He led initiatives such as competitions, outreach programs, and knowledge-sharing events that empowered aspiring civil engineers.

From organizing activities for Civil Engineering Month to serving as the head for the learning event ReinforCE, he helped create spaces where students could learn to use engineering solutions to address pressing national issues like disaster-risk mitigation, public safety, transportation, and sustainability.
