Engineering Congress

Engineering Congress An annual national event organized by the Civil engineering Executive Organization from UPLB.

On its more than 20 years of remarkable existence in the University, the Civil engineering Executive Organization (CEO) is proud to present the Engineering Congress which encompasses two major activities – Engineering Seminar, and Executives’ Challenge. The Engineering Seminar is a national forum that features reputable speakers from various companies and organization who will share their knowledg

e on their respective fields of engineering. The Executives’ Challenge is a national inter-collegiate engineering science quiz contest that is open to all colleges and universities in the country that offer engineering courses. The event will serve as a venue for engineering students to test their knowledge on the different engineering principles through healthy and fair competition. The said contest aims to promote scholastic excellence and competence and provide a venue for interaction amongst students and teachers from other schools.

Thank you quizzers for participating for this year’s 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀’ 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲! Not only you have showcased academic excellence through your intellect, but also exemplified what it means to be an engineer. That is withstanding challenges that we may encounter through strategic thinking, teamwork, and working under pressure.

We also like to thank everyone who participated for 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲! We hope this past two days reminds us of our purpose as engineers to put forward the interest of the people first and to one day become the stewards of progress of a sustainable, climate-adaptive and disaster-prepared nation.
