The FARM Philippines Project is currently holding its 3rd National Project Steering Committee (PSC) Meeting in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
The project team is presenting its quarterly accomplishments, ongoing initiatives, and upcoming milestones, to the PSC. The meeting also serves as a venue for strategic discussions to ensure the project remains on track toward achieving its objectives.
The PSC is chaired by the Executive Director of the Department of Science and Technology- Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic, and Natural Resources Research and Development (DOST PCAARRD) and is composed of representatives from the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), Department of Agriculture - Bureau of Agriculture and Fisheries Standards (BAFS), the Philippine Chamber of Agriculture and Food, Inc. (PCAFI), and the Department of Agriculture - Fertilizer and Pesticide Authority (DA-FPA). As the project's advisory body, the committee provides strategic guidance, strengthens inter-agency coordination, and validates key project directions and deliverables.
Joining the meeting are members of the Project Management Unit (PMU) and Technical Working Group (TWG) of FARM Philippines.
The previous PSC Meeting was held on March 31, 2026, while the 4th National PSC Meeting is scheduled for November 12, 2026.
