𝗗𝘂𝗵𝗮 𝗸𝗮 𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗻-𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗮𝗴-𝘂𝘂𝗺𝗮 𝗴𝗶𝗸𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝗮 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗮 𝗮𝗽𝗶𝗹 𝘀𝗮 𝗺𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗮 𝘀𝗮 𝗝𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗻. 🎌 🌾

Ang Agricultural Training Institute masigarbong naghatod sa Batch 2026 sa Young Filipino Farmer Leaders Training Program in Japan (YFFLTPJ), karong adlawa samtang sila mosugod sa 11 ka bulan nga farm journey aron makakat-on og abanteng kahibalo sa agrikultura ug makabaton og global nga kasinatian sa pagpananom.

Lakip sa mga delegado sila si Mark Vincent D. Co**ha gikan sa Butuan City ug si Blessy C. Cuesta gikan sa Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur. Mga batan-ong lider nga andam motubo, makat-on, ug mobalik dala ang bag-ong mga ideya aron mapalig-on ang agrikultura sa Pilipinas.

Samtang mosabak sila sa global nga entablado, kining umaabot nga mga batan-ong mag-uuma nagdala sa mga pangandoy sa ilang komunidad ug sa saad sa mas malungtaron ug progresibong sektor sa agrikultura.

Ang ATI Caraga magpahigayon sa unang higayon og 𝙋𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙤𝙣 𝙍𝙚𝙜𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝘼𝙜𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙪𝙡𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚 karong Mayo 4-6, 2026 sa Claveria, Misamis Oriental.

Gusto ba ka mahimong kabahin ani nga training?

Palihug og hatag og higayon sa pagbasa.

𝘘𝘜𝘈𝘓𝘐𝘍𝘐𝘊𝘈𝘛𝘐𝘖𝘕𝘚:
1. Must be a Learning Site for Agriculture Cooperator (CocoLSA) or coconut farmer
2. Must be (strictly) registered in National Coconut Farmers Registry System (NCFRS)
3. Must be willing to participate in a Participatory Action Research (PAR) and implement re-entry plan
4. Must develop the farm into demonstration area for agriculture research
5. Must have soil analysis result of farm land prior to the conduct of the training
6. Must be physically fit (no underlying medical conditions)

SUMMER YOUTH INTERNSHIP | Join the Department of Agriculture – Caraga’s Summer Youth Internship Program (SYIP) 2026!

Internship Period is from April 24 – June 30, 2026. Applications should be submitted personally from March 25 to April 3, 2026, to the DA-Caraga - Human Resource Section, Capitol Site, Butuan City.

A total of twenty (20) interns will be accepted with five (5) slots allotted for differently abled individuals.

Undersecretary for Minutes
Assist the Secretary in recording, organizing, and submitting accurate meeting minutes and official documents, and support the preparation of resolutions, memoranda, and records during meetings and assemblies.

Undersecretary for Finance
Assist the Secretary in overseeing financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial policies, and coordinate with the Treasurer for budget planning, recordkeeping, and financial transparency.

Logistics and Supplies Officer:
Organizes logistical arrangements for events, manages supplies, and oversees inventory.

Fundraising Coordinator:
Develops and implements strategies to generate financial resources for the Federation.

Multimedia Director
Oversees the creation and production of multimedia content for events, promotional campaigns, and training materials.

Graphic Artist
Assist the Multimedia Director and produce quality graphic designs ensuring the 4-H branding aligned to the promotional campaigns and training materials.

Technical Director:
Ensures technical support for online and onsite programs, including audiovisual equipment and virtual platforms.

Along with the Regional Federation President, Juveriel D. Tenio, and Regional 4-H Focal Person, Ma'am Maria Den B. Parro, the two newly-accepted interns --- Mark Vincent Co**ha and Blessy Cuesta, conducted a Courtesy Call with the ATI Caraga Region XIII Center Director, Ma'am Noemi Beth G. Macario, today at ATI Regional Training Center.

Nagpahigayon og courtesy call karong adlawa ang duha ka interns sa Young Filipino Farm Leaders Training Program in Japan (YFFLTPJ) – Batch 2026, nga paingon sa Japan, sa Opisina sa Center Director, uban ni OIC Center Director Noemi Beth G. 𝗕𝗨𝗧𝗨𝗔𝗡 𝗖𝗜𝗧𝗬 — The agricultural future of the Caraga Region continues to shine on the international stage as two exceptional 4-H Club members officially join the ranks of the 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗼 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗺 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗶𝗻 𝗝𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗻 (𝗬𝗙𝗙𝗟𝗧𝗣𝗝) – 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.

𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙉𝙚𝙬 𝙁𝙖𝙘𝙚𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝘾𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙜𝙖 𝘼𝙜𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙪𝙡𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚

Leading the charge are two proud alumni of 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗮 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆, SANGHAYA Class of 2024, who have proven that excellence in the classroom translates to leadership in the field:

1. 𝐁𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐲 𝐂𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚 (Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur): A graduate of 𝗕𝗦 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗶𝗼𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝗕𝗦𝗔𝗕𝗘).
2. 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐕𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐃𝐮𝐛𝐝𝐮𝐛𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐚 (Butuan City): A graduate of 𝗕𝗦 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲, 𝗠𝗮𝗷𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗰𝘀.

Their selection marks a significant milestone for the region. Since the program’s inception in 1987, Caraga has consistently produced top-tier candidates; with Cuesta and Co**ha’s acceptance, the region’s historical list of interns proudly grows from 35 to 37.

𝘽𝙧𝙞𝙙𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘽𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨: 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙔𝙁𝙁𝙇𝙏𝙋𝙅 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙢

The YFFLTPJ is a prestigious collaboration between the 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗲 (𝗔𝗧𝗜) and the 𝗝𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 (𝗝𝗔𝗘𝗖). This 11-month intensive internship is designed to immerse young farmers in hands-on experience with cutting-edge Japanese technology, cultivating the work ethic and management skills necessary for global leadership, and developing a mindset that views agriculture as a professional, high-value industry.

𝘼 𝙒𝙤𝙧𝙡𝙙 𝙤𝙛 𝙊𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 4-𝙃 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙝

The annual selection of regional representatives isn't limited to Japan. The 4-H Club and ATI continue to open doors across the globe and within our borders. Our young farmers are also represented in:

𝟏. 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐬:

a. FYFIPT: Filipino Young Farmers Internship Program in Taiwan
b. Philippine-Israel Internship Program for the Youth: A program with AgroStudies

𝟐. 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐬:

a. Young Internship Program for Organic Agriculture.
b. Youth Internship Program for Corn Farmers.
c. Internship Program for Children of Coconut Farmers.

As Blessy and Mark prepare for their 11-month journey, they carry with them the pride of Caraga and the hope of a modernized Philippine agricultural sector.
