Congratulations to our very own Ms. Shammah Jewel Labay from Philippine Normal University South Luzon for being crowned Best Muse at the Gov. Angelina “Doktora Helen” Tan Intercollegiate Basketball and Volleyball Tournament Season 3!

We are incredibly proud of Shammah for representing PNU South Luzon with such grace, confidence, and radiance.
Her presence truly illuminated the event and captured the hearts of many.
