The Loon Municipal Health Office (Loon RHU 1 and Birthing Center and the Loon Rural Health Unit 2 and Birthing Center) successfully concluded the PhilHealth YAKAP Retooling conducted by the PhilHealth LHIO on June 9, 2026, in preparation for the upcoming YAKAP Caravan on June 30, 2026 at the Loon Town Square.

The activity equipped personnel and BHWs from both primary care facilities and accredited YAKAP providers with updated knowledge and strategies to better assist the public in accessing PhilHealth benefits and services. We look forward to bringing quality healthcare services closer to every Loonanon through the YAKAP Caravan.

We thank our Municipal Mayor, Hon. Cesar Tomas M. Lopez, MD for his support on this activity.

• Reproductive Health Assessment and Counseling

• Voluntary Counseling and Testing for STIs and HIV

• Provision and Access to Contraceptive/Family Planning Services

• Antenatal Care (Pre-natal, Natal, and Post-natal)

The Loon Rural Health Unit 2 and Birthing Center proudly celebrates the successful conduction 1st round of Mobile Blood Donation Activity for 2026 last May 29, 2026!

First and foremost, we extend our deepest gratitude to our 68 successful blood donors. You are the true heroes of this event. Through your selfless act of donating blood, you have given hope, extended lives, and made a difference in the lives of patients and families in need. Your generosity embodies the spirit of compassion and community service.

We are also honored to acknowledge the support of Mayor Hon. Cesar Tomas M. Lopez, MD and Councilor Hon. Marie Hazel R. Saavedra, RN for gracing the event and continuously supporting health initiatives in our municipality.

Our heartfelt thanks go to the barangay leaders and officials who supported this worthy cause:

Mamon, for their participation and blood donations, demonstrating their commitment not only to public safety but also to saving lives through voluntary blood donation.

Our gratitude likewise goes to Governor Celestino Gallares Memorial Medical Center (GCGMMC) for facilitating the blood donation process and ensuring the safe and successful conduct of this activity.

Malampuson nga gipahigayon ang Kasilak ug Purokalusugan Program niadtong Mayo 22, 2026 sa Barangay Panangquilon, nga gitumong alang sa kaayohan ug pagpalambo sa panglawas sa atong mga senior citizens.

Kini ang ika-upat (4th) nga barangay nga among naserbisyohan karong tuiga pinaagi niini nga programa, nga nagpadayon sa paghatag og mga serbisyong panglawas ug impormasyon ngadto sa atong komunidad.

Dako kaayong pasalamat sa Barangay Panangquilon, ilabina kang Hon. May Christine S. Tutor ug sa tibuok barangay officials tungod sa ilang mainiton nga pagdawat, suporta, ug kooperasyon nga nakatampo sa kalampusan sa maong kalihokan.

Usab, among gipasalamatan ang atong mga Barangay Health Workers (BHWs) sa ilang walay kakapoy nga serbisyo ug dedikasyon sa pag-atiman sa panglawas sa katawhan.

This milestone reflects the unwavering commitment, teamwork, and dedication of the Municipality of Loon under the leadership of our Mayor, Hon. Cesar Tomas M.
