Kababaihan Sama-Sama sa Kaunlaran (KASAMA-KA) is a non-government entity which is comprised of women’s organization existing in the locality and is duly recognized by the Local Government Unit of Lobo, Batangas.

.Pwede pa ba Ipatupad ang Preventive Suspension Matapos ang Reversal ng Dismissal?

Ang Preventive suspension ay dapat immediately executory sa oras na ito ay ipinag-utos.

Subalit, dahil hindi ito agad naipatupad dahil sa dismissal order, maaaring may argumento na hindi na ito dapat ipatupad matapos ang reversal ng dismissal, dahil lumipas na ang layunin nito na pigilan ang isang opisyal sa paggamit ng kanyang posisyon upang maimpluwensyahan ang kaso.

At isa pa, malinaw naman na hindi sya kasama sa dispositive portion ng December 16, 2024 decision unless mag-issue ng bagong kautusan ang Ombudsman na ipatupad o i-enforce pa rin ang Preventive Suspension Order. Pero sa ngayon ay wala pang bagong Order.
