Nagbigay ng pahayag ang mamamahayag na si Arnold Clavio tungkol sa isyu ng pagbaha sa bansa at sa papel ng publiko sa problema.
Sa kanyang post, sinabi ni Clavio na hindi dapat ibunton sa pamahalaan ang lahat ng sisi sa tuwing nagkakaroon ng matinding pagbaha.
“Lagi na lang natin sinisisi ang gobyerno na may kasalanan sa grabeng baha, pero naisip na ba natin na bahagi rin ng problema ay ang kawalan ng disiplina ng mamamayan sa pagtatapon ng basura?” ani Clavio.
