Brigada Scouting 2026 - Day 3! ⚜️

Scout Leader Win Sharm M. Cinco presented her valuable knowledge on public speaking by helping scouts find their voice, building confidence and developing skills needed to speak with clarity.

Meanwhile Scout Leader Christine Joyce Perez, SWBH, showed scouts the fundamentals on how to construct Formal Communication Letters, equipping them with the skills to demonstrate leadership and good communication.

As the sessions came to an end, scouts were left feeling inspired, motivated, and more confident in expressing themselves through both oral communication and formal writing.

Day 2 - 2026 BRIGADA SCOUTING

Scout Leader Andro Brendon R. Villapondo, SWBH, facilitated the first session, emphasizing the importance of crew and outfit meetings in fostering teamwork, responsibility, and the advancement of members. His discussion showed the value of scout meetings in achieving collective growth.

Moreover, Scout Leader Carl Ivan V. Linang, SWBH, shared valuable knowledge on cybersecurity, highlighting the importance of promoting a safer and more responsible digital environment.

Lastly, Scout Leader Magnolia Q. Silva-Mission, SWBH, focused on strengthening the communication skills of young scouts through the proper structure and usage of the English language, helping enhance their vocabulary in communication.

As the sessions concluded, the young scouts left with meaningful insights, strengthened skills, and renewed inspiration to apply what they had learned into their respective crews/outfits.

Scouts and Scout Leaders gathered for the "𝐁𝐑𝐈𝐆𝐀𝐃𝐀 𝐒𝐂𝐎𝐔𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆: Leadership and Management Training Course ", that focus on strengthening the skills in leadership, service, teamwork, and program planning.

Scout Leader 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐚𝐧 𝐀. 𝐆𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐚, SWBH, inspired participants through his discussion on servant leadership, emphasizing responsibility, integrity, and dedication to service. Meanwhile, Scout Leader, 𝐉𝐚𝐲 𝐔. 𝐒𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨, ALT, facilitated the session on Annual Outfit Program Planning, guiding participants in creating effective and organized scouting programs aligned with scouting goals and the school calendar.

Indeed, the spirit of leadership and brotherhood continues to grow among our young scouting leaders. ⚜️

Happy International Women’s Month to our dearest Women Scout Leaders! 💜

Let us be reminded that Scouting is not limited to men. Scouting is inclusive and offers numerous opportunities for both genders. Let us amplify and empower the women in Scouting who have continuously shown commitment and dedication to the Scout Oath and Scout Law, and the Scouting spirit.

We also extend our greetings to our brave Women Scout Leaders, SL Maridel A. Ilagan and SL Ruffa Mae F. Barrion. Thank you for all your efforts and genuine service to our scouting movement.

This month, the Bolbok E.A.G.L.E.S. (Efficient, Active, and Good Leaders Engaged in Scouting) celebrate the strength, dedication, and leadership of women who continue to make a difference in Scouting and in our communities. Your passion for service, commitment to leadership, and dedication to shaping the youth truly embody the spirit of Scouting.

The six active Senior Scouts from Bolbok E.A.G.L.E.S. (Efficient, Active and Good Leaders Engaged in Scouting) had the opportunity to serve at Fernando Air Base Integrated National High School on March 7, assisting Scout Leader Sir Tholits with the rappelling activity. The students displayed a range of reactions—some were filled with excitement, while others felt nervous due to the height.

Despite the mix of emotions, observing the students’ courage and growth provided the Scouts with a sense of fulfillment and warmth. The Bolbok E.A.G.L.E.S. are thankful that the students trusted them with their lives during the activity. 🦅💙

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: The fifteen active representatives of Bolbok E.A.G.L.E.S. (Efficient, Active and Good Leaders Engaged in Scouting) had the opportunity to serve and share knowledge with BRAHMAN Scouts last March 6, 2026 at University of Batangas - Lipa City Campus. The activity proved to be a meaningful experience, as the students’ smiles and enthusiasm made every effort worthwhile.

Despite the fatigue at the end of the day, the Scouts felt fulfilled knowing that their guidance and shared knowledge were able to inspire and support the students. They also expressed hope that the spirit of scouting imparted during the activity will continue to grow and motivate more learners within the school community.

The Bolbok E.A.G.L.E.S. aspire for the journey of scouting in the students’ community to continue, nurturing and guiding future young leaders. 🦅💙
