Their research, “Enhancing the Baywalk Visitor Experience and Local Livelihoods for Long-Stay and Diversified Activities: A Tourism Development Plan in San Nicolas, Batangas,” showcased their dedication, hard work, and commitment to developing innovative and sustainable tourism initiatives that contribute to destination development and community growth.

Our 3rd Year BS Tourism Management students successfully designed and presented innovative cruise tourism packages that incorporated the principles of regenerative tourism.

Through this activity, students demonstrated their ability to create comprehensive travel experiences that go beyond leisure while promoting environmental stewardship, supporting local communities, and contributing positively to destinations. The project strengthened their skills in tourism planning, decision-making, creativity, and professional presentation, all of which are essential competencies for future tourism practitioners.

In tourism and hospitality, creativity, research, and cultural awareness are essential skills. Through the Digital Travel Magazine Presentation, students explored destinations from around the world and presented valuable information about their culture, attractions, traditions, and travel experiences.

This activity encouraged students to develop their research, communication, and presentation skills while promoting responsible tourism and appreciation for cultural diversity. It also provided an opportunity to express creativity through engaging and informative magazine content.
