This is to inform Your Reverences that I will be out of the Archdiocese for Marian Pilgrimage and other official pastoral engagements abroad on the following dates:

a. September 18 - October 2, 2025 – USAL Administrators’ Marian Pilgrimage in Europe, together with Rev. Fr. Carlo Magno Ilagan, Rev. Fr. Noel Abutal, Rev. Fr. Bernard Aguila, Rev. Fr. Eugene Dominic Hechanova, and Rev. Fr. Joseph Rodem Ramos.

b. October 2 – 4 – International Jubilee Conference at the Vatican, organized by the Vatican’s Dicastery for Laity, Family, and Life

c. October 3 - 17 – National Shrine of St. Padre Pio’s Marian Pilgrimage in Europe, together with Rev. Fr. Oscar Andal, Rev. Fr. Mark Ian Abu, and Rev. Fr. Miguel Samaniego.

I am scheduled to return to the Archdiocese on October 12, 2025.

During my absence, I am entrusting the pastoral care and administration of the Archdiocese to Msgr. Ruben M. Dimaculangan, the Vicar General.

I humbly ask for your prayers that these pilgrimages and pastoral undertakings may bear abundant fruit for the glory of God and the good of His people through the loving intercession of Our Lady of Caysasay, our Mother and Queen, and under the protection of St. Joseph, patron of our Archdiocese.
