Our E-Club delegates played key roles during the D3770 DISCON 2026 District Legislation Meeting. District Legal Adviser ARPIC Racky Pineda served as floor leader and proponent of several resolutions on peace and conflict prevention and election matters. AG Senen Pineda, an elector, also proposed the increase of youth fund levy and the resolution of thanks. PND Niño Bautista, also an elector, proposed the adoption of the Manila Covenant, and served as meeting secretary. All proposed resolutions were approved and adopted.

Incoming officers for RY 2026-2027 of the Rotary E-Club of Bulacan True North came in full force for the Club Leadership Learning Assembly (CLLA) held last April 12, 2026, in Widus Hotel, Clark, Pampanga. DGE Noel Mariano and Lady Midz Mariano, together with the Rotary Club of Malolos, hosted the event.

The delegation was headed by President-elect Mary Jane Capili and Secretary-elect Julie Villaescusa. The club's very own Assistant Public Image Coordinator (ARPIC) for Zone 10A and incoming District Youth Protection Chair Racky Pineda and Assistant Governor and incoming District Public Image Chair CP Senen Pineda were speakers/facilitators in the breakout session on club-building.

CLLA aims to train incoming club officers in areas like membership, club-building, and grant management. It was a day full of learning, engagement, fellowship, and Rotary fun!

In a world that often feels heavy and uncertain, Easter arrives as a timely reminder that renewal is always possible.

As Rotarians, we see firsthand how small acts of service can spark big changes. This Easter, we are reflecting on:

Peace: How we can be anchors of calm and understanding in our local and global communities.

Renewal: The opportunity to start fresh, mend fences, and plant seeds of hope.

Grace: Extending kindness to ourselves and others, especially when it’s needed most.

Our recent Rotary meeting featured insightful classification talks where members stepped into the spotlight to share the inner workings of their unique professions and businesses. These presentations gave us a front-row seat to various industries, significantly expanding our vocational knowledge beyond our own fields. Rtn. Reinier Estrella talked about healthcare systems and digital health platforms in the Philippines. Rtn. Jenard Guevarra shared about data analytics and anti-money laundering. Rtn. Patricia Valdez-Guevarra presented on quality assurance in the banking industry. And Rtns. Josette and Ryan Tamayo, the power couple of Yno's Furniture, shared on the furniture industry's pros and cons.

By learning about the daily challenges and triumphs our peers face, we’ve developed a deeper sense of empathy and appreciation for one another. This exchange doesn't just build stronger personal bonds; it also paves the way for professional collaboration and more impactful community service projects. We left the session feeling inspired by the diverse expertise within our club and more connected to our shared mission of Service Above Self.

In Brgy. Telapatio, local rice farmers have long struggled with yields as low as 40 cavans per hectare—trapping families in a cycle of debt and low productivity.

The Rotary E-Club of Bulacan True North celebrated a breakthrough: the first batch of 13 farmer-partners who have successfully doubled their yields through a sustainable, precision-farming Global Grant. This is not just a harvest; it is a proven model for agricultural independence in Bulacan.

By moving from traditional methods to scientific soil analysis and precision fertilization, farmer-partners have increased productivity from an average of 40 cavans to nearly double that amount.

By increasing yields and forming a Rotary Community Corps (RCC), farmers are transitioning into self-managed business units, reducing their reliance on high-interest informal lenders.

The grant goes beyond seeds and soil; it provides values-based training for the farmers as community leaders and heads of families.
