π’ OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: Updated Community Policies & Payment Channels
Dear Lynville Residents and Page Followers,
To ensure a safe, orderly, and well-managed community, we are implementing and reminding everyone of the following policies and updates:
π ENHANCED SECURITY MEASURES
β Security Guard will be deployed on Feb. 1, 2026
β Entry and exit points will have stricter verification
β Security personnel will conduct regular patrols around the area
β Any suspicious activity or persons should be reported immediately to the security personnel through the hotlines that the HOA will provide
π³ MONTHLY DUES PAYMENT VIA HAPPY WELL
β Happywell will be the collection Agent of HOA dues
β Due date of payment for HOA dues will be on every 8th day of the following month
β Please ensure timely payment to avoid inconveniences
π PARKING & ENTRY RULES
β NO PARKING on all roads, except for emergencies, deliveries, maximum of 1 hr.
β NO STICKER, NO ENTRY policy will be strictly enforced on February 1, 2026, onwards
β All vehicles must display valid community stickers on the left side of the windshield.
β Temporary visitor passes will be given upon proper documentation at the gate
β° CURFEW FOR MINORS
β Minors (below 18 years old) must be inside their residences by 10:00 PM.
β Parents/guardians will be held responsible for any violations
β Exceptions apply for emergencies or with written consent from parents/guardians and prior coordination with security
