With determination and pride, the Outfit 145 โ€“ Boy Scouts of the Philippines San Celestino INHS ASTIG Scouts participated in the 2nd Batch of the Final Board of Review 2026 held at The Mabini Academy.

The Explorer and Eagle Scout candidates underwent a series of evaluation that tested not only their Scouting knowledge and outdoor skills but also their leadership, discipline, and commitment to the ideals of Scouting. Reaching this stage is a reflection of their dedication and unwavering effort throughout their Scouting journey.

Guided by the values of patriotism and service, the Boy Scouts of the Philippines โ€“ ASTIG Scouts joined the Nationwide Simultaneous Flag Raising Ceremony on July 6, 2026 at exactly 0700H in observance of the 10th Anniversary of the 2016 South China Sea Arbitral Award.

This significant occasion reminds us of the historic decision that recognized and upheld the Philippines' lawful maritime rights under international law. As Scouts, we reaffirm our dedication to serving our nation, protecting its sovereignty, and living out the principles of the Scout Oath and Scout Law. Through this ceremony, we strengthen our commitment to becoming responsible citizens who uphold truth, foster unity, promote peace, and contribute to the welfare of our country.
