The University of Batangas Lipa City will observe a Mental Health Break for college students on October 12 (Monday) and October 13 (Tuesday), 2026.

This break provides students with time to rest, recharge, and take a step back from their academic responsibilities. Taking care of your mental well-being is an important part of student life, and allowing yourself time to pause can help you manage stress and prepare for the tasks ahead.

Take this opportunity to get enough rest, spend time with your loved ones, and engage in activities that help you relax. Remember to be kind to yourself and give yourself the time you need to regain your energy.
