One of the biggest reasons leaders get stuck is simple,

But here’s the truth:

While you are waiting…
opportunities are already moving.
People are already choosing direction.
Life is already happening.

And when you don’t decide,
you are still making a decision,
a decision to stay where you are.

Real leaders don’t wait for clarity.
They create clarity by taking action.

You don’t need all the answers.
You just need the courage to take the next step.

Because movement creates momentum.
And momentum builds confidence.

So what can you do—starting today?

Decide on one thing you’ve been delaying.
Take one clear step—no matter how small.
Adjust as you go.

You don’t need perfection.

To every leader in position, in power, in influence,
this is not a message to inspire you…
this is a message to awaken you.

Because the greatest threat to your leadership
is not your competitors.
It is not your critics.

It is your ego.

Ego is silent… but deadly.

It grows the moment you are praised.
It strengthens the moment you are followed.
It expands the moment you are obeyed.

And if you are not careful,
the very position you worked so hard to earn
will become the very thing that destroys you.

You start to believe you are the center.
You start to expect instead of serve.
You start to protect your image instead of your mission.

And slowly…
you lose your joy.
You lose your peace.
You lose your purpose.

Because ego can elevate your position,
but it will empty your soul.

So here is the truth that will set you free:

The higher you rise,
the more ruthless you must be
in killing your ego.

Because real leadership is not about being honored,
it is about being useful.

It is not about being followed,
it is about lifting others.

It is not about being right,
it is about doing what is right.

Even when no one sees.
Even when no one claps.
Even when no one knows.

That is servant leadership.

So today, ask yourself,
and answer with brutal honesty:

Am I leading to be recognized…
or am I leading to make a difference?

And if ego has taken even a small space in your heart,
remove it.

Because the moment ego leads…
you stop leading.

I will not lead for applause
I will lead for impact.”

Because the leaders who change the world
