The Fourth Area Council Meeting marked the final gathering of presidents, area board, and officers for the year. This culminating session was not only a time to review accomplishments and milestones but also a heartfelt occasion where leaders shared their parting messages.

With gratitude, reflection, and hope for the future, the council closed this chapter of service while carrying forward the spirit of unity and leadership that defines JCI Philippines North Luzon.

The Lakbay Ligliwa Tour brought participants on a one-of-a-kind journey through Lingayen. From discovering the rich heritage of the Banaan Museum, to marveling at the grandeur of the Capitol Building, and capping the day with the thrill of ATV riding at Estanza Beach, the tour perfectly showcased the culture, pride, and adventure that make Ligliwa Lingayen 2025 truly unforgettable.

Anchored in learning, fueled by passion—Press Onward: Journey’s Harbor set the stage for growth and inspiration. Hosted by JCI Hundred Islands, JCI Lingayen Bagoong, and JCI Lingayen Liberation II, the training gathered members to embrace new perspectives and chart fresh beginnings.

With meaningful sessions led by NC Franz Lawrence Senapilo on Watch Change: Beyond the Horizon and ASDD Ben Bonifacio on Anchored in Gratitude, participants left with renewed purpose and the drive to continue their journey of service and leadership.
